provided on this Site (the “Medical Information”) are intended to be
used only as one of many sources for the demonstration and teaching of a
number of surgical procedures within a structured educational program
for ophthalmic physicians. The Medical Information should not be
utilised as such an educational tool until it is approved by an
appropriate [state-recognised ophthalmic] teaching institution within
the jurisdiction in which the ophthalmic physician is being trained. In
view of the educational nature of the Medical Information and images,
